Exchange or Return of Goods
At littlemore, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. While we do not offer refunds, customers have the right to request an exchange after receiving the product. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, with all accessories intact, and accompanied by the original receipt. In the case of defects, a service report describing the issue must be submitted. If the product is damaged, defective, or becomes faulty through no fault of your own, you are still entitled to exchange it. A decrease in value due to unpacking or checking the product’s functionality does not disqualify you from this right. Please note that exchanges will not be accepted if the product is incomplete, damaged due to misuse, or if there is an unreasonable delay in reporting the issue. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances — only product exchanges are supported.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- fully equipped equipment;
- a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the littlemore online store;
- Delayed defect reporting may result in rejection of your request
Incomplete returns or missing documentation will not be eligible for processing.
