- How can I track my order?

We accept all Mobile Payment gateways such as MPESA, AIRTEL MONEY, TIGOPESA, AZAM PAY, credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and More. Additionally, we offer other payment options such as Cash on Delivery.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days. For expedited shipping options, please refer to the estimated delivery times provided during checkout.
- What is your return policy?

- Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order has been placed, it can be changed or cancelled with 30 minutes of Order processing as our team works quickly to process and ship orders, after 30 minutes you may be only able to return or exchange the item(s) once you receive them.
